Sanjeev Lalchandani
Founder, CEO / Software Architect & Engineer

Sanj wrote his first computer program at the age of 10 and from that point onward, naturally excelled at the art of programming and building algorithms to solve problems. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of California at San Diego (UCSD) in Applied Mathematics and Scientific Programming. He then successfully completed examinations 100 and 110 for the Society of Actuaries and the Casualty Actuarial Society in New York. These achievements are the equivalent of a Master's Degree in Mathematics.

Sanj started his professional career in New York city where he successfully built long term relationships with his existing client base. He is a senior level, software architect and developer with extensive professional experience designing, developing, engineering and implementing solutions since 1995.

While building his business, Sanj also taught various programming languages using real world scenarios to beginning level programmers. He keeps up with the latest technologies and plays and active role in architecture and development which allows him to effectively provide expert advice when engaged in technology consulting.

Danny Edwards
Project Leader / Senior Software Engineer

Danny brings more than two decades of experience designing sophisticated enterprise solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies to the Sabertooth team. Danny has a great depth of knowledge in a wide range of technologies and leads teams with up to 50 developers. He has successfully completed projects for the medical, pharmaceutical, financial, logistics, and social media communities while adhering to strict industry security and compliance standards.

Danny's accomplishments include:

• Successful migration of legacy web projects, running on in-house infrastructure to the cloud (Microsoft Azure).
• Design and development of multiple Windows (WinForms/WPF/Smart Client) applications as well as Web based and mobile projects (ASP, ASP.NET/MVC).
• Expert problem solver. Specializes in removing technical roadblocks, programming problems, that emerge during the average SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle).
• Ideated, architected and developed a complete Meaningful Use certified EMR for Emergency Department use. Integrated ePrescribing technologies and lead interfacing efforts for multi-department interaction.
• Microsoft SQL Server optimization and migration from legacy database technologies.
• Design and develop warehousing and logistics systems for hazmat chemicals as well as B2C and 3PL management

Laz Vazquez
Infrastructure Solutions Architect, Retired US Navy

Laz has been an enterprise Infrastructure Solutions Architect for over 30 years and has traveled the world, first with the U.S. Navy and then as an infrastructure architect for major companies including Dell, Altiris-Symantec, Microsoft, UBS Global Asset Management and others. His skill set includes AD, SQL, Systems Center, VMware, VDI, Citrix, and several others. Laz has recently designed and implemented solutions for global customers on the Microsoft Private Cloud Stack, including Hyper V, SCVMM, SCOM and SCCM. 

Drew Brownell
Senior Business Consultant / Team Leader

Sabertooth proudly welcomed Drew to its team in 2016. Drew brings tremendous value to Sabertooth’s clients and services. He holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS from Boston College. Drew has extensive finance, operations and strategy experience in various business environments ranging from startups such as Ultimate Medical Academy to large multinational corporations such as Morgan Stanley. He is an agile, creative problem solver with proven success in optimizing margins, growing businesses, strategic planning and implementation, and utilizing large data sets to solve complex problems in high-pressure environments. He has gained vital experience with modeling for and integrating acquisitions from his time at Glencore, Ltd.

Drew has also played a key role in the discovery, creation, and management of time-sensitive, technology-based projects of high importance in the financial services and education industries. His most recent experience was as a key early finance/strategy employee in an education startup that he helped to grow from inception to its very successful exit in 2015. His financial modeling skills formed the roadmap which the company used to forge its path toward success. He has extensive experience within the fields of strategic and corporate finance, operations, financial planning & analysis, business development and analytics.

Michael A. Holmes
Senior Optimization Executive

Sabertooth is excited to bring another 'Top Gun' into its team in 2019. Michael is an accomplished executive with demonstrated ability to develop, lead and execute financial processes and initiatives to achieve key business objectives. He has proven ability to leverage innovation, policies, procedures, and technical solutions to drive positive change, strengthen organizations, enhance productivity, improve financial results, and provide a clear, decisive path for long-term growth. Michael possesses the deep understanding required to cultivate and maintain the delicate balance between people, processes, and tools.
